What is the free shipping policy?

We provide free shipping for orders over Rs. 1000/-. For all other orders a flat Rs. 70/- is charged as delivery charges per order.

Why am I being charged for shipping?

We ship all orders via reputed couriers. Freight charges by these couriers are extremely steep. While we absorb a large part of this courier cost ,we are unable to absorb the entire cost, hence we pass on a small part of the charge to you.

We assure you of the best possible service and we hope you will help us by bearing a part of this cost.

Where all do you deliver?

We deliver across India and offer Cash on Delivery and Credit/Debit Card payment options. In case you face any difficulties while checking out, please call us or write to us at : hello@theshopofgoodtaste.com

How can I pay for my order?

The following payment options are available: Cash on Delivery ( a flat charge of Rs 50 will be levied for this facility) and Credit/ Debit Card payment option.

In how many days will I receive my goodies?

All our deliveries are made within 2 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and bank holidays)

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. In the unlikely situation that a product that is delivered to you is beyond expiry date or the product is damaged, you can return such products back to us. # terms & conditions apply.

Are there any other hidden costs/ charges?

There are no extra charges in terms of taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping or handling charges based on weight. The price per product mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. All charges will be added at the end of check out and before payment is made. For Cash on Delivery Rs 50 will be additionally charged.

I am ordering a gift for someone. Will it be delivered on the day I want?

Spreading the love of Good Food is the best way to let somebody know they are important to you. Our Gourmet boxes make great gifts for every relation and every occasion.

If you are sending a gift, we would be happy to ensure that it reaches on the day you want it to! We would do our best to make sure your gift reaches when it is intended. Please make sure you book the gift ATLEAST 2 (working) days before the desired date of delivery. While checking out and paying for your gift please indicate the date of delivery you would like & message you would like to include in the gift.

For Urgent deliveries please reach us via email and phone before placing an order so we maybe better placed to confirm if the delivery can be made in time.
